The Dorchester gala dinner 2005
40 of the country's top chefs joined forces to help raise funds for CLDF at a glittering event at London's Dorchester Hotel on 27th April 2005. Over £91,000 was raised through ticket sales, corporate sponsorship, catering supply donations and guests digging deep into their pockets on the night. The auction alone raised over £45,000. The cooking chefs were Antony Worrall Thompson, James Martin, Giorgio Locatelli and Ben O'Donaghue who devised a delicious menu enjoyed by over 400 guests. A huge thank you to each and every person involved, including the organising committee, chefs and supporters who attended the event. Hosted by Executive Chef Henry Brosi
