Great North Run 2005

David Arkley from Castle Donington successfully completed the challenge of the 2005 Great North Run with lifelong friend Euan Holden and Euan?s girlfriend Katie-Jane Cook, raising ?750 for CLDF. David recorded a time of 2hrs 20, Euan came home in 2 hrs 45 but Katie-Jane left both men standing with a time of 2 hours! A big 'thank you and congratulations' to CLDF's 32 participants in 2005's Great North Run who raised a fantastic £10,629 towards our fight against children's liver disease.  This year saw the 25th anniversary of both the race and the Children's Liver Disease Foundation, so it was an extra special event and we hope that everyone involved had a fantastic day.

If you are interested in taking part in the next Great North Run on behalf of CLDF, please call 0121 212 6022 or send an email.
