Clinic visits by the support team

A member of the support team will be present at the outpatient clinic of the following hospitals on the following dates*: 

Dates for April:

Birmingham Children’s Hospital 9th, 15th, 21st

King’s College Hospital, London: 3rd, 17th, 21st

St James’s University Hospital, Leeds: 10th, 14th

Dates for May:

Birmingham Children’s Hospital: 13th, 15th, 20th

King’s College Hospital, London: 8th, 19th, 29th

St James’s University Hospital, Leeds: 1st, 16th, 19th

Regional Clinics:

April

Plymouth on the 25th.

May

Bristol - 6th

Brighton - 23rd

If you would like to meet them please contact Ellen Cooper on 0121 212 6014 and let us know you will be there.  As clinics are sometimes changed at the last minute this helps us confirm who is attending and at what time.

The support team does not normally visit the ward unless a family has contacted us beforehand to request this.  If you would like the team to visit you on the ward please call 0121 212 6023.

* Please note that the schedule is subject to change and on rare occasions it may be necessary to cancel CLDF attendance at short notice.
