Setting up your own fund is a special way to make a huge difference, and a great new way to raise funds for Children's Liver Disease Foundation.
By setting up a fund you can fundraise for CLDF as a family or a group and choose which area of our vital work your fundraising will be invested in. Along with a number of benefits, setting up your own fund is a fantastic way of showing your commitment to fundraising and encouraging your friends and family to show their support and get involved.
Existing funds have been established by groups across the UK, made up of supporters with real commitment, ambition and passion. Raising between £3,000 - £20,000 each year, these funds are driven by supporters who act as ambassadors for the charity, helping to raise vital funds and awareness with their friends, family and local community.
We rely on fundraising donations and activities to do what we do; because of your support we are able to make such a difference to people's lives. The more money we raise, the more impact we have and Your Funds are at the very forefront of this.
"We decided to set up Finley's Fund after he was diagnosed in 2012. As well as raising thousands to help CLDF it has helped us get used to living with Finley's condition and has made our lives a lot healthier and happier. We have achieved things we never thought we would achieve. When your child gets diagnosed with a rare condition you can feel very alone. Through fundraising we have had such amazing support from our local community, family and friends. Setting up Finley's Fund has really helped us communicate the work of CLDF as well as raise vital funds to support other children and families affected."
